Roy’s Light Caesar Dressing

Makes 6 (2 Tbsp) servings 1 Better Balance Bite/Blue Point Calories 58 Fat 3.9g Carbs 2.1g Fiber 0g Protein 3.5g Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup nonfat Greek yogurt

  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 1 tsp minced garlic, about 1 clove

  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard

  • 1 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce

  • 1/4 tsp salt, or to taste

  • 1/4 tsp pepper, or to taste

Directions

  1. In a small food processor or blender, combine all ingredients until smooth.

  2. Store in a jar or airtight container in the refrigerator about 5 days.

Notes

  • If the dressing is too thick for your liking, you can thin it with a splash or two of almond milk.

  • You can easily double or even triple this recipe, though be aware it won’t keep for longer than a week.
