1/2 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
2 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tsp minced garlic, about 1 clove
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp salt, or to taste
1/4 tsp pepper, or to taste
Directions
In a small food processor or blender, combine all ingredients until smooth.
Store in a jar or airtight container in the refrigerator about 5 days.
Notes
If the dressing is too thick for your liking, you can thin it with a splash or two of almond milk.
You can easily double or even triple this recipe, though be aware it won’t keep for longer than a week.
