Ingredients
· 1/2 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
· 2 Tbsp sugar-free ketchup (see notes)
· 1 Tbsp sugar-free sweet relish (see notes)
· 1 Tbsp minced onion
· 1 Tbsp light mayonnaise
· 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
· 1 tsp lemon juice or white vinegar
· 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
Directions
1. Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and whisk until smooth. Chill 1 hour before serving.
Notes
· This makes about 3/4 cup of dressing, so each serving is about 2 Tbsp.
· I used G. Hughes sugar-free ketchup, but there are others out there.
· If you can’t find sugar-free sweet relish, regular would be fine, it just may slightly alter the bites, points, and calories.
· If you find the dressing to thick for your liking, just whisk in a splash of water.
