Ingredients
· 1/3 cup sugar-free honey substitute (see notes)
· 1/3 cup Dijon mustard (see notes)
· 3 Tbsp plain nonfat Greek yogurt
Directions
1. Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and whisk until smooth. Chill 1 hour before serving.
Notes
· This makes about 3/4 cup of dressing, so each serving is about 2 Tbsp.
· I used Splenda Multi-Use Sweetener as my honey substitute, but there are other options.
· You could replace the honey substitute with sugar-free maple syrup for a Creamy Maple-Mustard Dressing.
· For a milder mustard flavor, use 1/4 cup of Dijon instead of 1/3 cup.
