Roy’s Light Instant Pudding Cream Cheese Frosting

Ingredients

· 1 cup cold milk

· 1 (1 oz.) pkg. sugar-free instant pudding mix

· 1/4 cup powdered sugar replacement

· 1 tsp vanilla (or other flavored) extract


Directions

1. Add all the ingredients into a medium bowl. Beat with a hand mixer until thick and fluffy, about 1 minute.


2. Use immediately, or refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 5 days. Allow to sit at room temperature for at least 1/2 hour before using.


3. Refrigerate frosted cakes or cupcakes can be refrigerated up to 5 days. . Allow to sit at room temperature for at least 1/2 hour before using.
