INGREDIENTS
· 3 Tbsp. brown sugar substitute
· 1 Tbsp. sugar-free maple syrup
· 1/2 cup canned pumpkin
· 1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
· 1 tsp. cinnamon
· 1 tsp. vanilla extract
INSTRUCTIONS
1. In a small saucepan, heat pumpkin over medium heat until most of the moisture is evaporated, about 5-6 minutes. Set aside to cool completely.
2. In a small bowl, beat softened cream cheese, sugar, and syrup until creamy. Add the cooled pumpkin, spices, and vanilla and beat until smooth.
3. Serve immediately, or refrigerate.
