Roy’s Light Homemade Dessert Cream Cheese

Recipe can easily be halved, doubled, or tripled!

INGREDIENTS

· 3 Tbsp. sugar-free pudding mix of your choice (I used Chocolate)

· 1/4 cup almond milk, or more if you’d like it a little thinner


INSTRUCTIONS

1. In a small bowl, combine the pudding mix and almond milk until a thick, homogenous paste forms.


2. Add in the cream cheese and combine thoroughly. If too thick for your taste, add more almond milk, about a teaspoon at a time until you get the desired consistency.


3. Serve immediately, or refrigerate.
