Milkshakes

Basic Milkshake

1 serving 2 Better Balance Bites/Blue Points

Calories 67 Fat 2.7g Sat. Fat 0g Protein 1.2g Carbs 17.6g Fiber 0.6g Sugars 4.3g


Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk

  • 1 cup ice cubes

  • 1 Tbsp sugar replacement

  • 1 Tbsp sugar-free pudding mix (1/4 of a 1 oz. package, 7g) (see notes)

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract (see notes)

Directions

  1. In a blender, combine all ingredients and blend until smooth.

  2. Pour into a glass and enjoy!

Notes

  • Use any pudding mix flavor you like and pair it with any flavor extract that works well with it. If using pistachio, try adding 1/4 tsp vanilla with 1/4 tsp almond extract.


Chocolate Milkshake

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk

  • 1 cup ice cubes

  • 1 Tbsp sugar replacement

  • 2 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder

  • 1 1/2 tsp sugar-free chocolate pudding mix (1/8 of a 1 oz. package, 3.5g)

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1/4 tsp instant coffee powder (optional)

Directions

  1. In a blender, combine all ingredients and blend until smooth.

  2. Pour into a glass and enjoy!


Chocolate-Peanut Butter Milkshake

  • 1 1/2 tsp sugar-free chocolate pudding mix (1/8 of a 1 oz. package, 3.5g)

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Directions

  1. In a blender, combine all ingredients and blend until smooth.

  2. Pour into a glass and enjoy!


Gingerbread Milkshake

  • 2 tsp brown sugar replacement

  • 1 1/2 tsp sugar-free butterscotch pudding mix (1/8 of a 1 oz. package, 3.5g)

  • 1 tsp molasses

  • 3/4 tsp gingerbread spice (see notes)

Directions

  1. In a blender, combine all ingredients and blend until smooth.

  2. Pour into a glass and enjoy!

Notes

  • You can find my recipe for Gingerbread Spice here.

  • If you’d rather not deal with making Gingerbread Spice, you can use 1/4 tsp ginger, 1/4 tsp cinnamon, 1/8 tsp nutmeg, and 1/8 tsp cloves.

  • You can increase the pudding mix if you’d like, though it may add bites/points.


Lemon-Blueberry Milkshake

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk

  • 1/2 tsp sugar-free lemon gelatin mix (about 1.5g)

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Directions

  1. In a blender, combine all ingredients and blend until smooth.

  2. Pour into a glass and enjoy!


Maple Milkshake

  • 1 Tbsp sugar-free butterscotch pudding mix (1/4 of a 1 oz. package, 7g)

  • 1/2 tsp maple or vanilla extract

Directions

  1. In a blender, combine all ingredients and blend until smooth.

  2. Pour into a glass and enjoy!


Strawberry Milkshake

  • 3 large strawberries, chopped

  • 1 Tbsp sugar replacement

  • 1/2 tsp sugar-free strawberry gelatin mix (about 1.5g)

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Directions

  1. In a blender, combine all ingredients and blend until smooth.

  2. Pour into a glass and enjoy!

Notes

  • Feel free to experiment with different fruits and gelatin flavors.
