Basic Milkshake

Ingredients
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 cup ice cubes
1 Tbsp sugar replacement
1 Tbsp sugar-free pudding mix (1/4 of a 1 oz. package, 7g) (see notes)
1/2 tsp vanilla extract (see notes)
Directions
In a blender, combine all ingredients and blend until smooth.
Pour into a glass and enjoy!
Notes
Use any pudding mix flavor you like and pair it with any flavor extract that works well with it. If using pistachio, try adding 1/4 tsp vanilla with 1/4 tsp almond extract.
Chocolate Milkshake

1/4 tsp instant coffee powder (optional)

If you’d rather not deal with making Gingerbread Spice, you can use 1/4 tsp ginger, 1/4 tsp cinnamon, 1/8 tsp nutmeg, and 1/8 tsp cloves.
You can increase the pudding mix if you’d like, though it may add bites/points.
Lemon-Blueberry Milkshake
