Roy’s Light Dubai Chocolate Protein Mousse

Ingredients
· 1 - 8 oz tub of zero-sugar OR fat-free whipped topping
· 3/4 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
· 1/2 cup almond (or your preferred) milk
· 1 oz pkg. instant sugar-free pistachio pudding mix (see notes)
· 1 serving (35-40g) chocolate protein powder (see notes)
Directions
1. In a medium bowl, first whisk together the whipped topping and yogurt until homogenous.
2. Add the almond milk and carefully whisk it into the topping mixture.
3. Carefully whisk in the pudding mix and protein powder until fully integrated.
4. Scoop the mixture into 8 small bowls, cups, or ramekins, about 1/2 cup each.
5. Refrigerate until set a chilled, about 1-2 hours. Serve!
Notes
· Each serving is about 1/2 cup.
· Not in the mood for Dubai chocolate? Change up the pudding mix and protein powder to make whatever combination you prefer!
