Serves 12 (2 Tbsp) 0 Better Balance Bites/Blue Points (2-3 servings is 1 bite/point)

Calories 44 Fat 1.2g Carbs 3.6g Protein 4.8g

Ingredients

· 1 pound sweet or Vidalia onions, caramelized and cooled to room temperature

· 6 slices crispy center-cut bacon, finely chopped and cooled to room temperature

· 1 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt

· 4 oz. Roy’s Light Homemade Cream Cheese

· 1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce, or to taste

· 1/2 tsp onion powder

· 1/4 tsp garlic powder

· Pinch of black pepper

· Salt (optional, SEE NOTES)

Directions

1. Roughly chop the caramelized onions into shorter strings and set aside with the bacon.

2. In a medium bowl, mix together the yogurt, cream cheese, Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, garlic powder, and pepper.

3. Mix in the caramelized onions and bacon until thoroughly blended.

4. Serve with veggies, crackers, pita, tortilla chips, or whatever you like!

Notes

· Do NOT add salt until you taste the completed recipe and see if it needs it—the bacon and (likely) the onions will have salt already.

· This dip is versatile! Try it on a sandwich or burger! Heat it with a little almond milk or fat-free half & half to make a gravy-like sauce!
