Jennifer Lynn-Style Pumpkin Protein Cookies

Ingredients

· 2 scoops of Pumpkin Protein Powder

· 10 grams of sugar-free Jell-O cheesecake pudding mix

· 1 tbsp of baking powder

· 200 grams of 100% Pure Pumpkin

· 2 eggs

· 14 grams of Lily's No Sugar Added Pumpkin Baking Chips


Directions

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.


2. Mix all dry ingredients together. Then add in the pumpkin and eggs. Mix together well. Then add in the pumpkin chips.


3. Scoop mixture into 12 scoops onto a baking sheet.


4. Bake for about 10-12 minutes.
